TRAITE SUR LE STATUT DES AMBASSADEURS ENTRE LE COMTE DU DEVON ET LE DUCHE D'ORLEANS

Article 1

L'ambassade du Devon dans le Duché d'Orléans est considérée comme se trouvant sous la souveraineté territoriale du Duché d'Orléans.
L'ambassade orléanaise dans le Comté du Devon est considérée comme se trouvant sous la souveraineté territoriale du Comté du Devon.

Article 2

I. Le Corps Diplomatique du Duché d'Orléans, composé du Duc ou de la Duchesse, du Chancelier, du Chambellan, du Vice-Chambellan, du délégué territorial auprès des provinces anglaises et de l'Ambassadeur d'Orléans auprès du Devon bénéficie de l'immunité diplomatique sur l'ensemble du territoire du Comté du Devon.

Le Corps Diplomatique du Comté du Devon, composé du Comte ou de la Comtesse, du Chambellan et de l'Ambassadeur du Devon auprès de l'Orléanais bénéficie de l'immunité diplomatique sur l'ensemble du territoire du Duché d'Orléans.

II. Cette immunité entrera en vigueur après la publication du traité en gargote du Comté du Devon et du Duché d'Orléans.

III. En cas de faute grave, l'immunité diplomatique des Diplomates du Comté du Devon pourra être levée par le Comte du Devon, pour permettre des poursuites judiciaires.

En cas de faute grave, l'immunité diplomatique des Diplomates du Duché d'Orléans pourra être levée par le Duc d'Orléans, pour permettre des poursuites judiciaires.

Article 3

Le Comté du Devon garantit la libre circulation au Corps Diplomatique orléanais sur l'intégralité de son territoire.

Le Duché d'Orléans garantit la libre circulation au Corps Diplomatique du Devon sur l'intégralité de son territoire.

Article 4

Le Comté du Devon se doit d'assister et de protéger le Corps diplomatique du Duché d'Orléans sur l'intégralité de son territoire, quelle que soit la situation. Il s'engage notamment à fournir une escorte militaire, si la demande est faite, pour tout déplacement du personnel diplomatique dans le Comté du Devon.

Le Duché d'Orléans se doit d'assister et de protéger le Corps diplomatique du Comté du Devon sur l'intégralité de son territoire, quelle que soit la situation. Il s'engage notamment à fournir une escorte militaire, si la demande est faite, pour tout déplacement du personnel diplomatique dans le Comté d'Orléans.

Article 5

Si l'un quelconque des signataires désire l'annulation de ce traité, celle ci fera l'objet d'une déclaration écrite envoyée au cosignataire. L'annulation du traité interviendra dans la semaine qui suivra la réception de la notification.

Article 6

Ce traité sera rédigé en langue française et anglaise. Les deux versions revêtent la même valeur et la même force effective.

TREATY ON THE STATUTE OF AMBASSADORS OF THE COUNTY OF DEVON AND THE DUCHY OF ORLEANS

Article 1
I. The embassy of the County of Devon in the Duchy of Orleans is considered sovereign territory of the Duchy of Orleans.
The embassy of the Duchy of Orleans in the County of Devon is considered sovereign territory of the County of Devon.

Article 2
I. The Diplomatic Corps of the Duchy of Orleans, composed of the Duke or Duchess, the Chancellor, the Chamberlain, the Vice-Chamberlain, the Territorial Diplomatic Representative on English Counties and the Ambassador of Orleans to Devon has the diplomatic immunity on the whole territory defined belonging to the Devon.
The Diplomatic Corps of Devon, composed of the Count or Countess, the Chamberlain and the Ambassador of Devon has the diplomatic immunity on the whole territory defined belonging to the Duchy of Orleans.
II. This immunity will be in force after the treaty has been posted on the public place of both the County of Devon and the Duchy of Orleans.
III. In case of a serious misconduct, the diplomatic immunity of the Orleans County ambassador may be removed by the Duke of Orleans to allow for local prosecution.

Article 3
The County of Devon allows the free movement throughout its territory to the Diplomatic Corps of the Duchy of Orleans.

Article 4
The County of Devon is committed to protecting and helping the Diplomatic Corps of the Duchy of Orleans in all of its territory and in any situation. The Diplomatic Corps will be provided with a military escort for any movement within the County of Devon upon request.

Article 5
If one of the signatory provinces wishes to cancel to this Treaty, he or she must send a written declaration to the counterpart. The Treaty will then be considered obsolete a week after receiving this notification.

Article 6
This treaty is written in two versions, one French and one English. Both versions have the same value and effectiveness.
